Refund policy
We have a no return, no exchange policy. All sales are final and cannot be returned unless the item arrives with damaged parts. If your order arrived in a flawed condition, please reach out to us at info@luxspaceinc.com immediately.
Products can only be returned due to Quality or Authenticity Issues within 2 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for the Return Shipping Fees.
All items must be shipped back in the same condition as delivered. Including original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, it can take up to 7 calendar days to process. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment method. However, any item that is returned and not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
